AL MOUJ

Almouj Resort is inspired by the fluid movement of sea waves,
reflected in the organic lines and curvilinear geometry of the
master plan.
The layout translates the rhythm and motion of
water into the spatial organization of the project, where
circulation paths, landscape forms, water features, and built
masses follow wave-like patterns that reinforce the resort's
identity and its connection to the Red Sea.
Spanning a total area
of 80,000 M², the project is designed with a low-density planning
approach, where only 20% of the total land area is allocated for
built structures, while the remaining 80% is dedicated to open
spaces, landscape, water features, and shared recreational
areas.
This planning strategy enhances environmental quality, maximizes green and blue spaces, and creates a resort
experience centered on nature, openness, and the seamless
integration between architecture and landscape.
